I'll be cooking a leg of lamb, too. We're having salmon for our Sunday dinner today, so lamb will also make a nice change after all of the turkey and ham.
By popular request, it will also be with the normal roast dinner trimmings - cauli in white sauce or red cabbage (I'll see which veg looks best at the shops on Tuesday), new potatoes, roast potatoes and honey roast carrots and parsnips, with a port and redcurrant gravy. Oh, and Yorkshire puds - not traditional, I know, but I love them!
