They're so cute, its so nice that they are as close off screen as on.

What would cause them to fight like that on-screen though (as it was re-enacted)? If I was there (on-screen obviously) I would have a go at Nancy. No-one hits my Johnny.

Unless Johnny gets with he who must not be named and Nancy finds out - and knows about he who must not be named and his dark past?

Something big must have happened for Johnny and Nancy to fall out like that though.

I doubt that they're actually re-enacting a scene though. Probably just messing about. I get the impression that they don't really like photographers hanging around the studio hence why Sam always does something ridiculous in front of the camera when they're there. I'd be very surprised (and concerned) if Johnny and Nancy fell out that badly. I don't think it would ever happen.

However I do wonder whether Sam has been filming a fight scene due to his red knuckles and black eye they mentioned? Or maybe it's a real life Sam injury and he came off his bike or skateboard or something. Very strange.

Yeah I find it hard to believe that off or on screen that they'd fight like that. Sam seems quite a cute and witty guy in real life, and yeah as you say probably doesn't like the media/paps nosing in on his every move.

Wonder who Johnny had a fight with? Lee? Maybe Lee breaks Whitney's heart bad and Johnny sees red at Lee about it.

Ah no! If that's the case Sam should be more careful. Cue fantasy of me telling him off for being too reckless on his skateboard, then taking him inside to a kitchen or lounge room, getting a first aid kit out and cleaning his wounds for him and putting a plaster on them - rounded off by a hug and a kiss on the lips of course.

I honestly couldn't imagine Johnny hitting anybody, least of all a member of his family. Maybe in self defence or if he had a genuine reason for being angry. I think the injuries are more likely to be Sam's - after all, if it was make-up then surely he'd have just cleaned it off before he left the studio? I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Johnny is in three episodes the week after next - all of them except Tuesday.

Yay! Though I think much like this coming week he'll be in the background. Will be good to see him though, not seeing him every night EE is on has made me miss him , especially when all the Carters except him have been featured.

I wanna see him in that jacket (Mondays ep), its grown on me. As I said a couple posts back I'd quite like a long and nice hug from him wearing that jacket. Not sure why lol.

I love how close they are but I wonder what makes them have a fight or who does fight?
It's funny I was thinking about when Nancy first appeared and she was a loud-mouth, chav annoyed from her wedding, punching Dexter and outing her brother. I thought how much I hated her and she ruined the family, that lasted all of 2 episodes. I adored her shortly after and now I want to see much more of her and think she's so underused. Funny how quick I was to judge and how opinions of soap characters change!
Really looking forward to the next 2 weeks of eps. I've missed the cutie

I actually loved Nancy right from the start, although tbh I think I preferred her as a bit of a loud-mouth. Maddy is such a great actress so I think a large part of how Nancy is so much more likeable now is down to her. Absolutely adore her, particularly the relationship between Nancy and Johnny (which is why I'd be really upset if they ever lost their closeness.)

And yes, I'm so looking forward to Johnny being on our screens over this week and next. Even if he is only in the background it will be lovely to see his pretty face a bit more regularly again.

I wonder when his new haircut will kick in on screen? Maybe a month or so. Maybe we'll see Dean cut it on-screen.

Was nice seeing Johnny tonight, he looked very snuggly in that jacket.

And good to see more cute Johnny/Nancy scenes as well.

Yeah, it was a cute couple of scenes he was in, especially the one on the market with Nancy.

I definitely approve of the jacket now I've seen it in action.

I think its inevitable that Johnny and Ben will share scenes at least; I still hope they don't get paired together, the characters are just too different. This tweet and the fact that soap mags are now speculating about it. I just hope if there is a romance between them that it isn't long term. Johnny deserves better.

I still feel like I'm willing to give Ben a chance ONLY IF he treats Johnny like the prince he is.

If he does anything to hurt him than I'll go after that little weasel myself.

But to be honest, I don't know if they'll go there. DTC seems to enjoy subverting expectations, and everyone is expecting Johnny and Ben to get together. So maybe they'll actually end up hating each other. It could happen.

I miss the smart shirt and suspenders combination from The Albert so much. I really hope Johnny starts working there again soon.

I do think Sam might have a bit of a crush on Maddy, but I think she sees him like her little brother. Just an impression I get from interviews.

I won't deny it would be very sweet if they got together, and they would have beautiful children.

Thats unlikely but Ben would require a personality transplant to do that. I can't just forget the whole Heather stuff. If he did treat Johnny like a prince then *maybe* I'll warm to the idea slightly. But I can't see that happening.

If ever you need an accomplice for going after Ben elly - should he hurt Johnny of course.

Hopefully not. Ben and Johnny may end up like Ste and John Paul from Hollyoaks before they got put together (i mean not getting on or not standing the sight of each other - and without getting put together obviously).

Some really cute Carter scenes tonight, especially when the Carters jumped in the pool to congratulate Mick.

And I must say Johnny jumping in the pool in his clothes is gonna be a real factor in my dreams tonight.

His t-shirt is soaked, he should probably take it off and put it in the washing machine. I'll have a towel ready obviously.

Edit: Actually me and Johnny can head off to the sauna for a bit, then go to the showers to wash off all that chlorine from the swimming pool.

Looks like w/c 18th August Johnny only appears in the Friday episode that week. Better than nothing but we'll have to wait all week to see his pretty little face.

Only a little bit of Johnny tonight but I enjoyed his scenes. Lee spraying him with water was hilarious. And I liked the fact that he was caught between not wanting to offend Lauren but also not wanting to speak out against his family.

Also, Linda calling him Ally McBeal really made me laugh.
