Really enjoyed Johnny tonight. Gotta say his haircut is much better and really lovely. Quite a few not seeing the point in Lee but I love the dynamic like you said Elly, him spraying the water was such a big bro thing to do! Nice touch on talking about revision and also the Ally McBeal comment made me chuckle.

There is something clinically wrong with me that through this preview clip (at 00:13) I only notice Johnny cutely turning the TV off. I think I definitely watch EastEnders just for my Johnny fix.

Blue is defo his best colour on him imo, red a close second. White and black joint third.

Red is a very close second but for me Johnny/Sam's best physical feature is his gorgeous sparkling blue eyes, and blue brings them out more than other colours like green or black do imo.

W/C 25th August looks like Johnny only appears in the Monday episode. Something tells me September will be a busier month for him however.

Not a surprise I guess that Johnny would be quiet after a heavy May/June. I just hope that he will a big storyline in the autumn. If Johnny is not involved in the Ben return (and it would seem likely that he will be) I just wonder what other big storyline would work with Johnny?

Should be an academic story. Shy little Johnny overcoming his nerves to become a lawyer. Can't imagine him doing lawyer type things in his current state, so something like that would be appropriate and a welcome break from usual EE misery. The swimming storyline was a really positive story and worked well in my opinion.

I have to admit I'm getting a bit despondent about the lack of Johnny. I know that we've been lucky having a couple of big weeks of him but I really feel like I need him back in the spotlight soon.

And I agree with Al_Stack, I'd like something related to his degree. I wonder if they'll even mention how his resits went?

Btw I found a magazine article on the internet with an interview with Sam from his M.I. High days (a year or so ago) and it said that he auditioned as singer/guitarist for Britains Got Talent? If anyone finds this on the internet can they post it here? Not to embarrass the guy by any means (as there seems to be no traces of his music side on the internet aside from photos/selfies) (the last thing I'd want is to embarrass him, it is his appreciation thread and most on the thread know how much and how purely I love this guy) as though he was good he didn't get through to the next round. I just think it would be really cute. A young Sam singing with a guitar on his lap - I'm in awe at the thought of it

I agree he was looking very fine indeed tonight, thanks in no small part to the haircut which really does complement his face so much better than the longer style. And I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of screentime he got, I thought he'd just be milling around in The Vic or whatever but he had a couple of nice scenes with Whit.

No it doesn't, I love re-watching earlier in the year when he's not around.

I'm liking the GiFs too, especially the ones where he's going 'yes!' after Sharon lets him have a shift at the Albert - and the one where he winks - that gets me every time.

Only thing is since I've seen this website I've been very hormonal - happy and blushing, but also sad that it will never happen haha (as in me and him). I just wish I could go up to him and give him the biggest tightest hug for like 5 minutes - we don't even need to exchange words, and maybe a bit of eye contact and an occasional kiss. This crush is too much!

It probably won't be till later in September till we get to see more of Johnny. Next week I don't know if we'll see much of him (for some reason EE aren't updating cast lists for following week as fast) so we'll have to make the most of him in tomorrow's episode. Apparently something to do with the Notting Hill Carnival.

Sadly I have a feeling Johnny won't be on screen in September that much. The big storylines are the fire at the Moon's, Stacy's return, Cotton story, Beale storyline,, Sharon/Phil wedding and Bianca's departure . I can't see much potential for Johnny to be involved any of these storylines

Hopefully Johnny and the Carter's will take centre stage from October till Christmas
