I have had issues in the past that they've been able to resolve however this one now just takes the biscuit. I bought my partner a Samsung Galaxy S4 and paid £100 deposit for it. After six months of payments you are supposed to get it back. Now if I'm honest I completely forgot about it until she reminded me and ever since then I've been ringing Three to get it back.

The trouble is when I ring and tell them my problem they tell me to give details and check my account; standard procedures, but then they'll tell me that it's still being investigated by the billing department. So last time I rang was yesterday and I asked to be put through to the billing department, but get this - they don't have telephones! Now they're clearly chatting shit because a phone company will have bloody phones. So I asked if he could email this secretive part of the company but he said the email is internal and is for Three agents only. Okay so they can't be contacted by telephone and only people at Three can email them, what's the catch? I asked how long it would take cause I'm getting annoyed with it and he said I now need to prove that I paid it and I should send a bank statement. I said you should bloody well know I've paid it because if you check the bank details of the account you take money from twice every month then you'll realise it's the same!

Do you think it's worth popping into a Three store?
