Check out this group Potty Mouth from Boston in the US. They have an album out called Hell Bent. They are a mix of 90's alternative with 70's punk. Check them out if you like female vocals with heavy guitars and lo fi production like early Hole, Liz Phair and Bikini Kill.
They opened for Kate Nash which is how I found out about them.
