Virgin Mobile Head Office Customer Services.
Does anyone have the contact details for the organ-grinders at Virgin Mobile Customer Services? I'm fed up with the barstewards and need to complain to someone who won't respond with liner-card stuff not to mention actually answer a complaint. A number of people on the Virgin forums claim that the mobile section often don't bother answering queries sent to the contact details on the website, or that you have to wait ages to receive a stonewalling response.
I know that in the past posters on the Cable forum have posted the address of the head honcho of Virgin Media, so I was wondering if someone could do the same for Virgin Mobile. Don't sign a contract with Virgin Mobile if you know what's good for you - go for their monthly SIMS if you really have to go with them. |

What issues are you actually having? I've only once emailed them (on theteam@virginmobile.com) and they called me back to sort the issue the next day.
