Have added Flash to my Nexus 7, via the Dolphin browser but when I go to VirginMedia Anywhere it just hangs with "Detecting Device"

In Dolphin how can I check that the flash has installed correctly (It does show up under setings)?

For various reasons, iPhones and iPads have never had Flash Player.

As for Android; Adobe, who make Flash, discontinued development of Flash Player for Android 2 years ago. They haven't updated it to be compatible with newer versions of Android.

http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2...id-update.html

Since then Flash Player for Android has only been updated to fix security issues and not to enable support for new features and devices. Adobe fully discontinued all work on Flash for Android, including security fixes, with the final releases on September 10 2013.

Android 4.0.x are the latest versions of Android officially supported by Flash Player, however it does seem to install and work okay on most devices with up to Android 4.3, but it requires manual installation rather than through and app store such as Google Play.

The last official Flash player release does not work at all on Android 4.4.
