Can I put my pictures/videos from my iPhone to my computer?

I've never tried it and would like to know if it's possible to put pictures and videos on to my computer from my iPhone as it's running out of memory.

If so how can I do it?

What iPhone is it and what computer are using?

For most setups it's just the case of plugging the iPhone into a computer with the appropriate cable and then copying/cutting the photos to the computer from the mass storage device the phones shows up as.

Just like plugging in a USB stick. You may need to poke through a few folders before you come to any actual photos/videos though.
