Late Arrival
I'm finding it very odd that there are 13 beds for 12 housemates, as well as a blank panel in the BOTS studio. This is leading me to believe that there could be a late arrival, especially if two are evicted on Wednesday.
As we all know, they were common practice on C4, but I believe that this will be the first time C5 have attempted to do so (I'm surprised it's taken them this long to be honest). Now if there is a late arrival, I would say that it is very likely to be Alan Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy in Neighbours). As far as I'm aware, The Sun has had an excellent track record this year and the only thing that has ruled out Alan was that he was booked for panto up until the end of this weekend. Late Arrival - Alan Fletcher?

Now if there is a late arrival, I would say that it is very likely to be Alan Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy in Neighbours). As far as I'm aware, The Sun has had an excellent track record this year, with his entry being possibly their only fault. Plus the only thing that has ruled out Alan was that he was booked for panto; up until the end of this weekend. Considering that his panto has now finished, and the heavy rumours of his participation, what do you think is the likelihood of him following in co-star Toadie's footsteps? Personally I think that he would be quite a recognisable name and hopefully good value too. |

Channel 5 don't really do late entrants so there's no precedent there for them to follow.
Maybe they'll keep him for the summer series? |

It's BradTheLadLong. He just has to pass the psych tests before they'll let him in.

Lionel has a special bed for medical reasons, hence the third single bed.

I do hope so. After launch night I thought it sad that there was no Dr Kennedy in the house, I thought he was a dead cert as rumoured for so many previous series.

Tonight on Big Brother's Bit On The Side: 6th January 2014
G'day, CBB fans! Cancel your evening plans if a television's not involved. You don't want to miss out on seeing our star-studded panel this evening. You'll be a laughing stock if you do! Tonight sees ex-housemate and Aussie acting hero, Ryan Moloney (aka Toadfish from Neighbours) return to assess this latest batch of celebrity in-mates. What's more, Ryan's bringing along a special friend in the form of Alan Fletcher, who you may know a little better as Erinsborough's Doctor Karl Kennedy. Soap opera royalty times two. Glorious. On top of that pair, we've also got hunky, dishy friend of the show Matt Johnson onboard as well as everybody's favourite brain-analyst, Dr Pam Spurr. If you haven't already wiped your diary clean in preparation for this monumental television event, we despair for you. We really, really do. Get involved from 11pm on Channel 5! |

Perhaps the spare picture frame, bed etc. are in case there is a walker. Perhaps Alan is an understudy/standby.

I'd rather have Zippy from Rainbow go in...
In fact I may just start a campaign... If it worked for Lauren Harries.. |
