Precisely, if she had not given the fire the production crew stared, more fuel, then it would have died out. But she was so petty and immature that she played right into their hands and embarrassed herself and opened Sylvain up as well by association.

It was an obvious set-up but had she had the intelligence to realise that, they probably would still be in the competition.

I dont blame Sylvain for not putting in his all, if thats the truth, cos if it were me, I'd want the whole thing over as soon as possible.

How embarrasing.”

Complete with fake tits, too. Lovely. Err, not.

That Corrie actor also allegedly dumped his wife for Samia and some people on here have also claimed that Samia's now ex-husband left his partner at the time for her. Oh, Samia's just so irresistible to men!

He said "any problems at home"? meaning will Samia be annoyed about this partnership. Sylvan just said no.

Phil also said something about "the main prize, and no I don't mean Sylvan".

Eventually Sylvan got sick of being the butt of all the jokes and had a face like a wet weekend. He'd also seen Jorgie's remarks about him (and the face pulling in case she got him as her partner) in the earlier VT, so he was well p***** off.

Cost them there place unfortunately - as we want to see a good partnership not that.

Yes - if Jorgie had done her VT with "I don't mind who I get as a partner" and when she did get Sylvan should have just been professional about it and not mentioned any personal relationships, then we could have seen some great skating.

She chose to be petty and childish. So she's history.

But she didn't have to rise to it did she? Her immaturity let her down so it's no using crying about it now Jorgie Porgie.

A wormmate's sister went last night and sent this message .......

Well I read the auto cue and he just did his job and read it!!! And Jorgie's boyfriend was sitting in front of me and he was laughing and giggling about the VT and jokes and was cheering Sylvain on along with Jorgie. It was a joke that got taken too far!!! ITV to blame they made it happen!!! They knew what they were doing!!! Same as X Factor and any other show on ITV they know who's won at start! Your voting just pays their wages!!!!

Samia can't be very secure in her relationship if she keeps making silly comments and retweeting silly comments from her fans.

Sylvain was quite funny with some of his twitter replies.

Not intent on doubting you LH or your workmate, but I hope this is true, as if it is, it hopefully dispels some of the assumptions about this situation. Too little too late info to help now though for Jorgie and Sylvain, all the same.

Regardless of what was on the autocue, Phil should have realised that he was going to far and stopped it. He was OK with going 'off auto-cue' when Jorgie started crying.

I still don't get this 'joke' thing. Sylvain was clearly uncomfortable and the whole thing made for uncomfortable viewing. Remember, we viewers weren't in the studio, so all we had to go on was what was shown. There was no indication in the VT that Jorgie was joking. Again, Sylvain looked uncomfortable throughout, so clearly, Jorgie hadn't bothered to let him in on the 'joke'.

There was mention of a dry run in another thread, and reference to the VT and reaction on set was made. I wonder what happened during that in terms of actions and reactions and whether any suggestion was made by anyone that anything should be changed?

Just had a peep at his Twitter page, he took some flack didn't he. You're right though, his comebacks were great.

Some of the ones who were having a pop at him are still going on about it - obsessed much?

That'll be water off Schofield's back, he's got away with worse in the past

Nice to see people reacting to his smarmy behaviour though
