What a kick in the teeth, to go from a runner up position, to being one of the first out. I think she will regret doing this now, considering she was a runner up the last time. How embarrassing for her.

Clare Buckfield and Matthew Wolfenden should thank their lucky stars for not returning, considering this could have happened to them, being one of the first out.

I think so too - Philip didn't help with his pathetic comments on top of Jorgie's snipes.

Samia is probably glad it's over!

Shame for Jorgie really, you can definitely tell those tears were about more than just the elimination, seems she was given a very raw deal by the producers.”

I don't think Sylvain is that unpopular - why should he be.? Most sensible people have no interest whatsoever in who he does or does not date. Personally I couldn't give a toss.

Wonder if David and Frankie will get quite so much grief - didn't he leave his wife for her? I am betting that they won't.

partnering her with Sylvan doomed her.

No they wont it was a long time ago and they are now married. Besides the producers targeted Jorgie as she would cause more waves and they succeeded.

But as they have the final edit, the greater responsibility is theirs.

she has been in the business years - she is not a little girl. She knows how it works. Hollyoaks cast are rung out for publicity more than any other soap. She has been around the block and knows hoe the game is played.

The producers knew what they were ding but guess they didn't expect them out first, again I couldn't vote due to phone lines cutting off, tad odd to me.......

And for those slagging Sylvain you know NOTHING about him

As for Jorgie was never a fan but she skated better than some tonight, and for those blaming her ITS SCRPTED, she was TOLD what to say. Although it didn't help having Jen there possibly egging her on tonight

I don't think Sylvain is unpopular either. I also don't think David and Frankie will create tension/grief though because their relationship is not being used for drama/comic effect in the same way Samia and Sylvain's is. This seemed to me a case of using the relationship to create tension between the celeb and pro dancer, and to be used for witless jokes from Schofe. Neither Samia nor Sylvain were in on the joke or taking part in it; there was a nasty feeling that they were being used. Any stuff about Frankie and David will I assume be done in a good humoured way that includes the couple and involves them.

I don't think Jorgie did not get votes because of an anti Sylvain feeling, instead it was her own stupid attempts at humour and the feeling that an apparently genuinely relationship (Samia/Sylvain) was being used by the producers. It all felt awkward.

I felt so bad for her, I think had the judges scores been taken into consideration it would have been a different result. Joe would probably have been first out as he was quite a few below her.

A while back, on the Tour, Jorgie was partnered with Matt, and Suzanne had to accept another partner, despite Suzanne being a series winner; but now, for some reason, Matt is reverted to Suzanne and they give Jorgie a new partner, and who could that be - ?

I wonder if ITV did it on purpose and Jorgie fell for it hook, line and sinker. She is a lovely girl but can be very silly at times, a bit immature IMO.

I suppose some of these young actors and actresses are just pawns in their game. I really wanted her to stay. Mind you I voted for Bonnie, thought she was really good. I thought Jorgie would have been in the skate off with Joe.

They put them together for the drama and the headlines and poor Jorgie walked into a trap

Looks like Gemma Merna has been stirring it up on Twitter, have a look at her page, full of retweets referring to the comments aimed at Sylvan. She must be gutted that her Hollyoaks pal has been voted off.

Shame.

I feel really sorry for her, I would have had her 2nd after Bonnie on tonights skating. I liked her VT, I was laughing at what she was saying, they both looked uncomfortable thought. My first thought when I seen him was would he dump Samia for her, I completely forgot about the her being friends with Jennifer Metcalfe.

I think she was definitely set up by the producers she doesn't strike me as the smartest person out there. I wouldn't be a fan of Sylvain, I think Samia tweetign about the VT makes her look like a fool and also insecure does she not trust him or something?

It would have been better if Samia had stayed away from Twitter tonight, I would have done if I was her.

Jennifer's Hollyoaks friends have well been stirring it up, particularly Gemma Merna. All very childish tbh, and it backfired big time because Jorgie's been voted off.

Some interesting perspectives here. Last year it didn't seem to do Sylvain or Samia any harm that they were both (?) screwing around behind their partners backs.

This year poor Jorgie makes what were harmless comments really, and the over riding theory is that the public voted her off for it. So shag around and you get the thumbs up from the public phoning in - make some silly remarks and you are destined to be booted? Interesting.

I think the point is she should have not made comments about something that was nothing to do with her. For someone who has been around in showbiz for years, she was very naïve and fell for the producers trick. The others would not have made comments and would have insisted on the comments being removed from the VT.

Yeah but my point still stands. She makes ill advised comments and it bites her in the ass. Sylvain and Samia shag around and its all a bit endearing and a joke on the show - and no back lash for them at all? Seems wrong to me (if indeed it is the reason she really was voted off)
