I love cats! I have owned two. Since being in rented though, the no pets rule means I can't have any although I will try sweet talking the landlady.
Yes, we check the new homes out, deliver the cats, our cats are all with volunteer fosterers so they live in those homes until permanent homes are found. We rescue cats from grim situations and try to find them homes, neuter them and flea and worm them and do any vet work they need first. That costs!! But luckily our fund raising stuff is good and old ladies leave us dosh in their wills
