Dexter and Charlie still very much talk and visit each other. They appear to be really good friends which is nice.

Pretty sure I remember an episode of BOTS where they appeared as a real life couple during the following CBB summer series. As an added twist, Callum was additionally invited to appear later in the same episode.

Ah yes,
I remember that episode. Cringe all round Did they confirm they were a couple though or say they were getting to know each other slowly, I can't remember the exact details. Anyway, I think it was because of that show that they have refused to answer questions about whether they're a couple or just friends, because it was all they were ever asked about and some people were very aggressive in their questions and demands for answers
I suspect friends is all they are and all they ever were, but I don't know for sure.
Ohh I miss the Dexter/Callum/Charlie weirdness and paranoia! it was so funny at times.

Yes they talk and see each other quite regularly since leaving the show and seem like good friends, as for anything else who knows.
He seems to be helping her with her music and recently tweeted her that he had set up a meeting for her.
No they don't live together anymore, don't think that lasted long.
As for everyone else, I remember Charlie tweeting about having dinner with Dan & Rylan just before christmas, and Dexter & Joe used to tweet each now and again, but the rest I'm not sure because I don't follow most if them on twitter

Don't think they fell out, don't know what happened maybe it just wasn't working out but don;t think they've lived together for a while.
