Capaldi's costume won't be too different from DT & MS, apparently. Supposedly had some official shots taken now.

Soon'ish I'd guess. Presumably they'd want 'em released before an unofficial reveal in any filming photos.

Well that doesn't tell us much as those costumes aren't exactly similar.

Yeah, but very different ones. Ten wore a modern pinstripe business suit, but with sneakers instead of shoes. For formal occasions, he'd wear a tuxedo, with a bow tie instead of his usual one. Eleven started out in a tweed jacket, suspenders, shirt, trousers, shoes and bowtie. Later he wore a longer green jacket, then replaced the whole outfit with a Victorian suit similar to Eight's original costume, but kept the bowtie. I know Capaldi won't have a bowtie. Otherwise, why would they bother with the scene of Eleven dropping his to the ground... he didn't want Twelve to wear it. And a Ten style suit would be too close to his previous best known character, Malcolm Tucker.
