Just recorded the line " This Friday a decision will be made that'll rock the house to its core!" ! #cbb ”

Something new would be if BB rocked the viewers, and not the House. Rocking the viewers, by exchanging the pairs who were up, and halting the Friday eviction show. No point in rocking the House, as HMs always know what's going on. So why not rock the viewers.

OMG OMG OMG .... that's what I think too - crikey , we're so in tune !
.....anyway.....
Two are evicted and go into secret house , and are due to go back into the house again on Friday (which we know)
BUT perhaps the HMs are told that the two evictees are in a secret room and are given the task of deciding whether to have them return to the house OR to chose a new pair of HMs to go into the house instead !!

.....I doubt they'll be earthquakes or seismic eruptions, but could be good !

A squib is a small explosive device. If it's damp it won't ignite. Hence the saying.

The damp squid/damp squib confusion lolz were the basis of an episode of the IT Crowd.

I was referencing the IT crowd episode.

It is squib and not squid.

A squib used to be a type of firework (not sure if they still make them), obviously if it got damp, it wouldn't light. So hence the term, "going off like a damp squib"

Hope this helps.

Just pure hyperbole IMHO.

The days when BB was able to 'shock the house to the core' are long since over.

The only shocks that happen in BB nowadays are provided by the HMs that do something untoward or unexpected.

If this wind keeps the house will be rocking before Friday.

Viewers will be left stunned.
I still have a box of squibs in the attic, left over from the olden days.

Yep, it's basically guaranteed to just be either face to face nominations or the HMs have to evict one of the pair in the safe house. But I don't think it would be the latter, they haven't done that since BB7 when Jerry was evicted have they?
