I wanted to look up a phone number that I have lost, by going on to my itemised billing online (I know the date and time of the call). However, it only shows me calls made outside my allowance. When I spoke to customer services they told me it is a fault with my account. Can someone here who is on EE please check this for me by verifying you can see all calls.

BTW haven't EE made such confusing hash of their Orange/EE branding. It is so random whether you see Orange or EE at any particular point. I ring 150 on my EE phone and the caller display shows Orange Customer Services. I would have thought with the resources at their disposal they could sort out something as basic as that. This is not just academic - they were quick enough to charge me £14 for a call to 150 from Kenya that would have been free were I really on Orange, but was £1.50 a minute from EE.

EE don't show you itemisation unless you pay £1.50 for the privilege.

are you sure that's not just for paper. If so, I wonder why the CS person I spoke to didn't tell me. She went off for about 10 minutes to speak to a technical department !

It's £1.50 to enable itemised billing, which enables it online and in paper form. There's no way to get just online itemised billing.

I can see calls I make in the EE iOS app.

You are right, I've found the help section on the website that says it costs £1.50 per month to get fully itemised billing. It's not clear on the website though whether that means you have to have it in paper form as well, but when I rang them they were closed. If true, this is crazy. What mad person at EE decided that the verbose version of the statement can only be produced on paper. This goes against everything green. I've always had access online with Orange to a fully itemised bill at no extra cost.

You can only see itemisation for inclusive or zero-rated calls if you pay for fully itemised paper billing, even via the app.

It's a hangover from T-Mobiles billing system, which does exactly the same thing. Orange isn't affected.

That's why I pay for Itemisation, even though I don't even open the paper bill most of the time.

It's a complete joke. Vodafone, O2, Orange all offer the ability to access an online itemised bill free.

OIC Even though I'm an ex orange customer I now am subject to T-Mobile's billing system.
