Anyone know for what unit(s)?

I wonder if it is the BBC3/4 HD recording fix for the Fox T2?

The only thing that I know is due anytime soon is an update to the Freesat freetime boxes and a remote record app.
I know one thing for sure, and that's Humax's rather vague status has got Humax owners all hoping it's an update for the box they own.

Looks like an error in update details.

ios app mentioned twice, no mention of Android app

i can only find information pertaining to freesat.

so the remote record, and iOS app will work much like sky does with the record requests being sent over satellite, not over IP.
