I've been looking at getting an Xbox One on contract with a free phone (not too bothered about the phone type) but wanted to know of anyone who might of ordered from this site before?
Read very mixed reviews online that all say different opinions of them, but hoping people from here have had a good experience from them before

1 other question though, when you sign up for something I've seen you get a thing called mobile support added (3.99 a month or something billed in a 6 month period) is this easy to cancel, as I don't think ill need it for certain!

Yes, it's easy

Used Mobiles.co.uk myself a few times. Backed by the Carphone Warehouse. Never had an issue, even when I submitted chequeback claims 6 months late.

I'm sure you won't have a problem. I know one of the partners and it isn't a small operation. They do target the insurance and up sells in support contracts, which is where a big chunk of revenue comes from.

I obviously don't know how they operate but i do know it isn't a small outfit and is owned by carphone warehouse.

This obviously doesn't have any bearing on how you will be treated but at least it isn't some dodgy small shop flicking out deals they buy in from a larger merchant. Well technically it is but it's got a decent and vested interest backer.
