Totally agree with these. I'm not exactly up with all the negative press some of these celebs have apparantly had, but was aware Dappy had had some, yet my heart was breaking for him on the first night (how fragile did he seem!?).

But there is something distinctly distasteful about his behaviour. It's hard to define but is very much about his body language.

Nothing I haven't seen a thousand times before, but I don't like it. It's as simple as that, and very much articulated in the posts above.

In the context of where he is, the 2 women were seasoned in comparison but only because it looks completely ridiculous for either of them to have taken him seriously. Its actually a bit disconcerting that Jasmine seems to be giving him the time of day and Luisa confined her comment to she'd rather he hadn't been in the hot tub with them. As a viewer, their entertaining his actions from stage left is just humiliating - like a Beano character who's a stand in fluffer. In this last couple of days he seemed to have been given a role with far more credibility than his persona should warrant.

In the wider context, I have a feeling that he could be in the director's chair. There are a lot of young women who would go for the lead singer of a successful group, even if Dappy is the cartoon version of a love child borne of Brian Harvey and Aden Theobald.

That does make it a bit more sinister


This really creeped me out. It was quite telling too, as was his explanation of what 2 girls would do with, er, a double ender. Dappy does need someone to explain to him that sex isn't actually pornography. Not Luisa or Jasmine though.

People making out that he's been sexually frustrated for years are clueless as to how fame works.

And I also get the feeling that Jasmine in particular is believing his hype. She probably thinks he's like the UK's Eminem or something! (Although I imagine she's already starting to get an idea of his actual status)

I did say earlier that they also need to show some respect for themselves...if I didn't I know I said it somewhere! However, I don't know for sure...I just think that the male telling the females what to do in a situation such as this IS sleazy...and women as always on these shows thinking that by doing so will make them popular somehow. It is like feminism never happened. Although, also it is lke it has, as they are doing what they believe in and are being strong independent women?

It is a very close call between the two scenerios for the women on this.

All I know is if Dappy has sisters, would he like a man behaving to them like he did to the girls last night? Like many above on here have said, there is a very sinister edge to him that I think would not be so kept in check if not for the cameras. As far as I can make out in the few days this has been on,he treats women slightly like pieces of meat for his pleasure...hence why I have singled him out as sleazy.
