I Feel Dumber For Watching BBOTS

After a cringefest of a show - briefly interrupted by some FOR ONCE stimulating conversation, edited for 14 year olds

We have to watch probably the most Flouride-induced episode of BBOTS

Audience full of morons

Low vibration tittle-tattle

BIG BIG comedown from Iain, Rylan and Carol

Yes, saturday's show was surprisingly decent, but now it's back to Emma shouting & the usual desperado audience it's plummeted again. Last night's show was diabolical.

You can tell who Channel 5 think their target audience are by the audience members and guests they invite onto the show. Sadly, mostly, they're right.

I agree completely and why do BB keep inflicting us with " Mr totally dull " Matt Johnson ?

But weirdly the audience on Saturday seemed - I say SEEMED - juuuust that little bit more switched on

Anyone else notice that?

Views and opinions seemed welcome that night whereas during the show with Emma every time someone from the panel threw something out there you could feel the room flinch

Why do people keep writing BBOTS ? What does that stand for exactly ?

It's BBBOTS.

I just needed to get that out there

The OP did say he/she felt dumber

To be honest, I don't particularly enjoy it so I very rarely watch it anymore. the hubby asked me last night if I wanted to watch it and I said no as I have much better things to do. Also I found the BB episode last night a tad boring too which is why I probably didn't feel compelled to watch BBBOTS.

No-one stuck up here Michael

People don't criticise for brownie points or smugness

As Jim pointed out to Liz 'not everyone has the foresight to understand the wider picture' or words to that effect

but some have and know full well when the viewers intelligence is being underestimated

The media is a powerful tool

You've seen it at it's worst I'm sure, Shopping channels preying on the gullible and lonely to part with their pensions for a beautiful Diam..onte ring

It's like knowing there's a hidden hole in the road, all you want to do is warn people from falling thru it

It's GOOD HEALTHY criticism, with the wider societies benefit at the heart

If one persons view is changed for the better, if we can each of us raise the awareness in each other then we'll feel the benefits, our kids even more so

I have to say, after watching Sherlock followed by BB, I could feel my brain adjusting, put it like that.

The less I watch it the more stuck up I feel.
I must say the view from up here is marvellous.
