Anyone else really disagree with the columnist's assertion that Jasmine looks bad in her mugshot?

Sure she's not glammed up, but that's actually one of the better mughsots I've seen. It's clearly still a very pretty girl.

I do see the point though that maybe she's made herself look a bit more like Megan Fox on purpose. But the base is pretty good, if that's what the mughsot is supposed to be illustrating (albeit a base from a photo from over 13 years ago--which if you believe her current age claim would have made her 18 years old at the time).

On a more serious note, having a mugshot, however sweet it looks, at eighteen is pretty sad.

I don't think she has had that much work done, she's just let her natural eyebrows grow back and dyed her hair a darker colour.

Anyone could tell without seeing a before that Jasmine's lips were "after." But aside from cheek implants, I don't see *that* much work done according to the photo. I can still recognize her.

The angle of the photos is not the same, but her nose really looks the same. There's what looks like a little bob in her current photo, but it may be there in the 18 year old photo too and just not visible because its a straight on shot. The size of her nostrils and the width of her nose looks reasonably the same, as does the angle of the slope of her nose.

Ditto for her chin. It looks narrower in the new photo mostly because she's learned to turn her face to emphasize the jawline, and because she might be a few pounds lighter.

The skin around her eyes doesn't look that different. Even her forehead/hairline looks identical--which is actually quite impressive 13 years later. And her lips don't look plumper (one of the nonsense things women in Hollywood tend to have done--in fact they may even look thinner, due to her choice of lipstick in the current photo).

The big differences are all hair coloring and a lot of foundation over her face to hide having freckles.

I can see cheek implants being possible, yes. But the change in that part of her face isn't so massive I'm sure of it. Losing a dozen pounds or something like that, in someone her size, might carve a good deal of baby fat off a face too (you can see a tiny bit of extra volume between her already pointy chin and her ears, for example, that's most reasonably explained by weight loss than surgery, for example, as well as much craftier current use of makeup and camera angles and lighting).

That said, if all she's had done IS cheeks, that's hardly massive.

But another reason I doubt it is because she's poor. She's not a Hollywood socialite, a successful actress or involved long-term with specific rich dudes. Her hookups with famous guys have all been short-term. Tons of them have been inside Miss Jasmine, but it doesn't sound like any of them long enough to act as a real sugar daddy or plastic surgery fairy godfather.

You very well could be right about the weight making her face look more "gaunt" since we have no visual for the rest of her body. However, Jasmine doesn't strike me as the kind of girl to stay with a man who isn't paying for all her luxuries. I'm not saying she dates excessively rich men, but even if she does "boo up" with a 30 something pusher, he's going to fund her bills. That's a prerequisite.

Plastic surgery can be relatively inexpensive particularly in LA. She could have gone to The Valley or Glendale and get the procedure done for 30% less than top dollar in Beverly Hills or Burbank. Even less if she knows someone which I'm sure she does... Mind you she would be paying for none of it.

Oh yeah, I'd still...er, kiss her. What's surprising for me is that she appears to be a natural ginge. She looks now like she's from Latino stock. Or maybe she is. Who knows? Or cares? I do.

I'm dubious about her lips too. You said they were clearly "after", but they look thinner in her current pic not bigger. People rarely have procedures to make lips look thinner (which makes me think the visual difference is a combination of weight loss and the way her lipstick is applied).

Heck, I even just noticed looking back at the pictures that both versions of her have a slight but clearly visible under-eye-bag--a semi-circular line--below her right eye (and not below her left--making her not match!). It makes me even more skeptical about if she's had ANY surgery at all, because that's a "defect" that's very clearly visible that hasn't been changed in the least (and isn't a hard thing to "fix" anyway).

yes.... her forehead looks identical - but think she's had botox actually - and thought I heard her talk to Luisa about her lips having been done, as Luisa was seen looking at herself in a mirror and pursing her lips (while wearing the silver spaceman outfit) to see what hers would look like if she had her lips done too !!!

And I'd think removal of such a badly placed noticeable scar would be pretty high up a plastic surgery list, before any theoretical cheek implants or jaw scraping at least.

Botox in her lips or forehead are of course always possible (and not that expensive), although again her actual forehead doesn't really LOOK any different, and her lips thinner rather than fuller.

Now her BOOBS are an entirely other subject. There's so perfectly round, we have to believe it likely they're fake. But if so she managed to save up for a supreme job, because we saw her UNDER-BOOB and there weren't any visible scars (and that's always where they are).

I think she looks nice in the mug shot.Put her in some nice clothes,glam her up a bit and I think I'd prefer her.I'm not into the botox/plastic look that she has now.

She was actually 20 or 21 then depending on the arrest date. I saw the passport that Jasmine Lennard posted the other day, which showed that she was born in '79. She was pretty young though and unless they put on weight, most people's faces get leaner and more defined with age. I don't think that she has actually had much work done to her face; it's mostly hair dye, make-up and being more mature.

And I don't think she's even close to virtually unrecognisable. Most, at least, of the difference is down to makeup, being older, and a different hair style and colour.

She doesn't look vastly different. You can tell she's the same person.

Especially if she's actually older than the 31 years she's claiming.

Good for her. She may be a bit icky and over the top in a few ways, but clearly she's taken care of herself. Definitely no major surgery, very unlikely even minor surgery for the reasons detailed in this thread and actually comparing those photos feature by feature without being prejudiced by how glossy she cleans herself up to be, and I think even unlikely that she's botoxed, because botox has the opposite effects of what people here seem to think it has (it's not going to make someone's lips look THINNER or leave the space around their eyes or their forehead the same shapes as before).

It just goes to show that makeup changes what people look like a LOT and all of the "she's so different" stuff is people being fooled by the makeup. And yes, the age thing too. Some people's faces get fatter with age, but some go the other way. Especially if she's lost weight in the last 13 years.
