Not his biggest fan but he did the right thing there. Walk away Jim. Don't subject yourself to that nonsense

Linda is now doing to Jim what Colleen did to Julie

They should just have a fist fight in the garden.

If there's bad blood it needs to be spilt

We haven't been shown the whole story here... Which really annoys me..maybe they have had words earlier on...

There is quite clearly history with them. I think they've tried to look as if they're getting on but ..........it's obviously not working!

There's hints of Denise and Michael Madsen about it too. Is it the older person version of a showmance in terms of getting publicity.

They have history.

Wasn't it Linda who warned Colleen about Julie Goodyear?

The passive aggressive trait seems to run in the family.

Nasty piece of work.

The Nolans would seem to have mastered the art of 'reactive bullying' - a subtle form where the passive aggressive 'bully' appears to be the victim.

Indeed. I feel we have missed a point there. Channel 5 were too busy promoting sex/trash/"love triangles" last night and missed what was "really" going on.

People talk here as if Julie Goodyear was an innocent when she was a horrible cow. We are not seeing the full facts for the sake of a storyline here, there is more to it. Linda is too gobby for me but Jim is not a nice man so I have my suspicions.

There is definitely more to it than what we have been allowed to see.

It's irrelevant whether Jim is nice or not, the point is, she is doing her utmost to turn the house against him and in my book that is totally underhand and cunning. My opinion of her has dropped dramatically.

Even when he asked her outright what he had done to upset her she still gave only a pathetic answer in response. He did the best thing and walk away rather than engage in an argument over nothing.

Linda and Jim are similar age in the house, and Linda doesn't really have anyone to really relate to in there - except Jim ,and if Jim's not really that interested in talking to Linda, or listening to her woes adjusting to the house, perhaps that's why she's turning on Jim and being snappy and trying to show him up infront of the other housemates.

She openly said she didn't like Jim when she first went into the house... then denied she'd said anything bad about him when she realised he WAS going into the BB House

- He doesn't like her, probably finds her dull and boring, so in retaliation, she's badmouthing him to the others - she doesn't like him, but even so, it was blatant she was being bitchy and trying to influence others opinion on him, ringleading busy body !!!

I'm not sure it's a ploy from Linda. I think she was just saying what she felt. What I found more poignant is that Linda was venting her spleen in front of a group of people (which to be honest is fair enough)and Jim walked in, probably felt intimidated/in a no win situation and chose to walk out. He is thus portrayed in a not too kindly light by the circumstances and editing. We have not been given insight into what has brought on this confrontation apart from Jim cussing and being cussed back earlier. I do not think Jim is any saint and blameless but neither do I think that others are either. This is what I hate about BB nowadays without live feed. To be perfectly honest, I would've rather seen the build up to this spit spat than watch the faux goings on in a bath tub/bed or under a foil blanket.

This.

I think the producers tried to let us see what it was all about as she was seen throwing his cushions on the floor ...
