'Player' sounds far too flattering, as if he was actually a successful womaniser instead of a wearisome narcissist.
I think his brains are in his pants, but she was flirting with him, and for a couple of days they had some kisses and cuddles, not exactly a long term romance, no commitment etc. so what is all the fuss about.
