Will Blue's reputation be damaged from Lee's antics?

This was a chance for Blue to be able to comeback an Lee representing the boys. Hoping this helps them when they release a single , promote themselves.
Lee's not done the best job just maybe made one of the worst mistakes going on BB maybe slowly damaging them.

Will Blue's reputation be damaged from Lee's antics?

He can't do any worse than when Antony Costa piddled in an ATM.

Blue were actually doing well last year an had many sold out shows. This CBB was supposed to help boost them not damage them

Well seeing as their entire career now appears to be doing 00's nostalgia tours with about 10 other has been acts, then I don't think it'll make any difference at all

Signed singles and albums are now worth less.

Most the band have gone away on holiday . Duncan and Simon haven't been watching the show. Only Antony and his manager have. This could hinder their chance at getting as popular as they used to be.

Be prepared to see more members of Blue appearing on Big Brother in the coming years.

Well, let's face it - he's always been considered the loose cannon of the group (as well as other things, such as the biggest idiot), so it's just business as usual for him. No surprises there, I'm afraid.

What would surprise me would be if, since entering the house, he was proving himself to be intelligent, well-versed in 'deep' (as he called it) conversations and completely respectful to the opposite sex - up for a laugh and a bit of banter with them, but happy to draw the line there, out of 'respect to his children'.

So far, no signs of improvement.

I won't hold my breath.

they can only get on reality tv now - arn't they all bankrupt so need to do these shows - No idea why they haven't retrained and doing other jobs, other people do, they're still young. Who's really interested in them ??

At the height of Blue's fame, when I was about 13 years old, I was brainwashed by my mother into thinking Blue was the best thing since sliced bread! I listened to a couple of their songs yesterday on youtube and they weren't even that good compared to today's boybands.

I don't think their reputation will suffer one bit, since they've already taken quite a few hits over the years.

I can only think of one: 'All Rise' Although, in my defence, I should state that I only remember it because of the final lyric "I rest my case", which heralded the end of the song (hurrah!)

Sadly, I think once these young people experience a bit of fame (however fleeting that may be), they start to suffer from a condition called 'Dontyouknowwhoiam' and all 'normal' work is automatically rendered 'beneath them'.

Some do manage to overcome this condition, hence we occasionally see headlines proclaiming "**** ***** (whoever) - From Riches To Rags: My hell working in a recycling centre after the success of my #101 smash hit of 1981"

It's a sad but unescapable fact of life, I'm afraid.

Blue are signed to a independent label rather than a commercial. I just mean all of this bad press is going to affect Lee the most but it may have some impact on Blue fans not liking what they see of Lee on BB. On twitter I see many fans not liking what they are seeing.

I'm too old to be a blue fan,was always in the Take That era.I remember them doing Eurovision and Jedward doing better then them!Always though there would be no coming back from that.I don't think Blue have ever sounded good or been deserving of any kind of comeback but we live in an age of reality tv shows that allow such things.I wonder how Duncan James would come across?I do think Lee will not help his band at all,and they do need help!Best to leave a sinking ship other blue guys!

I've always thought Duncan James came across as the most self-aware (and therefore the least idiotic)of the band, but hey, what would I know? My 'boyband' of choice was the Bay City Rollers, back in the 70's!

I don't think Duncan would go on Big Brother tbh doesn't seem like him. He's the only one that hasn't done the reality thing. Duncan would've been better on Big Brother.
