No, it's depressing because people on here are offended by almost every little thing that happens in that house.
Seriously, any piece of fun that happens you get a group of kill joys who try and tell us all that it is wrong to be laughing or enjoying it.
I found it funny to watch, and what they did wasn't offensive in the slightest. They were taking part in a task and have a bit of fun with the people involved in the task.

What's really depressing is that, as an adult, you're clearly not capable of understanding that what may be funny for you, might not be funny for the person who's the butt of the joke.

Who's to say that dwarves aren't a legitimate sub-group in their own right?
Saying they have a 'medical condition' might be seen as offensive.
After all, they're damn good at drinking, fighting and mining precious stones.
I doubt they'd have picked the person up if they could see them - but in the alien costume it was funny. And I suspect that whoever was playing the part would have been able to take it for what it was even if they'd not be so thrilled at being picked up in a pub by a stranger.
Context matters. Yes, it's generally a bit of a social faux pas. But there were aliens standing in a spaceship parked in the middle of the Big Brother garden. It wasn't a few pints down at the local pub.

That is totally different, this was just a silly little task in the BB house. The farthest they were going to take him was a few steps. If they ran around the garden with him then yeah that could be seen as wrong, but all they did was pick him up, walk a few steps and then put him down.
And it's not like they are thinking, "oh he's a little person, let's pick him and walk around with him because he is small"
Maybe the housemates should complain and say they are offended because they are being made to look ridiculous on tv as well.

I'm taking over this thread with my droning, but let me say this. I read your comment and likened it to the notion that a lap dancer in a club, with little on, is 'game on' for a feel because of where she is and what's she's wearing. She may be offended, she may not, but isn't it her right to have a say first?
Touch first ask questions later? Be respectful of people's space and then be sure you're not offending them?

Did they attempt to pick up the bigger person dressed as an alien? If not, then you're wrong, they did pick up the person because they were small.

Wow. Not only have you still not answered the question (obviously because you would be offended if someone did that to you, but your post makes you look absolutely ridiculous.
The fact that it occurred in the Big Brother house is completely irrelevant. It was still two people picking someone (who they have never met)up and carrying him off. You seem to think that's okay because it was only a few steps, yet if they'd have carried him further then it ''could have been seen as wrong.''
And of course they picked him up because he is little! Did they do it to the taller alien? No, of course not. And they wouldn't have done.

We are all going to be dead some day so why the hell would i constantly be thinking that someone might be offended by something that someone did or said to that person ? i have better things to do with my time then constantly feel offended for somebody.
