Apart from Linda, which girls have natural hair??

I must say, all the long locks are very lovely, but I wonder if any of them are part natural, part extensions? I think Casey's hair might be 100% natural

If they all have natural hair, kudos to them! Its lovely

I think it is but I don't think you'd be able to wash it while wearing it, unless it was the type that you have properly glued in and not the removable ones.

I think there are some types of hair extensions which can be washed (probably the very expensive ones), but not in a good old scrub of the scalp type way, like you can with your real hair. I think you have to pat your head 'clean' with them, which would be no good for me, as my hair doesn't feel clean unless it's had a good old scrub all over and a thorough rinse.

Being mother to a teen I find the bloody things drying all over the house

... I bet the hoover must get full of it! Gosh those glued in ones must be very damaging to the scalp

I often wonder why girls can't grow their hair naturally long these days. Just watching 70s episodes of TOTP, the girls in audience all have glossy long hair, and in those days, there was only 3 types of shampoo.. normal, baby or vosene (dandruff)

BIB: True, but as shampoo for 'flyaway' or 'hard to control' hair had yet to be invented, copious amounts of hairspray was needed, especially to keep our 'Farrah Fawcett Flicks' in place! I fear 99.9% of the hole in the Ozone Layer was caused by women using at least 2.5 cans of hairspray to hold their hairstyle rigidly in place every single day throughout the 70's (during the 60's too, come to think of it - those beehives didn't stay up from back-combing alone!)

I knew a woman years ago who used fairy washing up liquid and comfort and her hair was always in great condition, lol

I can well believe that!

I recall a very stupid teenage girl once trying to bleach her hair from her natural almost-black colour to light blonde by pouring neat Domestos all over her head!

It didn't change colour at all, but changed the texture to something akin to candy-floss and caused sores all over my scalp, which stayed scabby for weeks, due to my hairbrush keep catching them and ripping them off.

I certainly wouldn't recommend that little 'beauty tip'!

This is what I can't understand. If you want long hair grow it. It might take longer than clipping in fake mess but keep it natural I say.

I think she dyes it - she is likely to be grey

Sam's definitely looked like extensions when she was going in to the house. Just the way her hair was sitting when she was talking to Emma. I stand to be corrected though

Exactly if u want long hair grow it, if you have had a disease like cancer and your hair has suffered, then go for the fake stuff, but if not, just let it grow

My swimming instructor used to tell us washing up liquid was great for our hair after a swim. I never did try it

I'm pretty sure they're extensions.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...hairstyle.html

I know the article is a few months old but she was shown on TOWIE without them not so long ago and I can't believe her hair would have grown that quickly in that space of time, given that it was fairly short without extensions.

Sam and luisa have extensions most certainly. If casey has they look more natural than the others.

I keep wondering the same. I have always had long hair, its not too difficult, just leave it alone.

Having anything glued to your head is not a good idea. I understand why many black women do it but can't understand why people with European type of hair need to.
