There will never be another season like the one he's having.

In all my days ...

Well if there is, if he carries on like this next season we might as well just club together and book his ticket to Madrid for the season after

I can't say I'm surprised with the season Kane's having but 79 seconds into his debut must be a record for an England player!

Imagine if he'd been on from the start, he might have broken the record for the most number of goals on an England debut.

The only logic i can see in this story ..

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...an-target.html

is that his people are starting to try and build up a profile for him that he's still wanted at the highest level, in lieu of his expected departure at the end of the season.

I honestly can't see Chelsea being even 1% interested in him.

It does seem far fetched but then Mourinho had Ade on loan when he was in charge at Real Madrid. I'm happy for Adebayor to be linked with any club, if it means we can offload him!

I suppose Mourinho is aware of what he can do in that sense but he'll also be aware of how much he goes off the boil once he's got his feet under the table.

I think we'll definitely be getting rid of him either way though - the only reason he's even made the squad in the past few games is because Soldado is injured

Can't help thinking that the Press are doing their usual job of building up a player only to start knocking him down when he doesn't score a hatrick in every game!

I think we can finally draw a line under this now ..

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Archway Sheet Metal Works Ltd and the Josif Family (Archway) are delighted to announce that a private agreement has been reached for the purchase of Archway’s property on Paxton Road by the Club.

In order to allow Archway to relocate its business appropriately, the Club will not take possession of the land until later this year.

It's over alright.

As well as the supermarket/club offices/tech college (Phase 1), there is the 28-floor social housing/primary school development on a separate site, and now a £2 mill contribution by the club to a community centre on the High Road - plus an adjustment to the basic stadium design ... and then we take possession of the entire site in June. It's become a collosal deal.

I wish it were otherwise but I'm guessing we won't see the new stadium plans until then - one big announcement.

Quite amazing really how much of the area is going to be regenerated through this. I suspect the Josif family will likely end up using a lot of the new facilities they managed to delay for over a decade ..

It really is. Isn't there also going to be a pedestrianised approach route from WHL station - kind of confusing with the plans being changed ...

In other news, it's quite ridiculous Kane has been on the pitch for almost half an hour in an England shirt and hasn't scored ... what is the world coming too ..

Not a sight seen for a long while, but we had 4 Spurs players on the pitch for England, part way through the second half of the Italy friendly tonight. Townsend upstaging Kane for once by scoring the equaliser. Walker defensively was a lot better then he has been for us but still got caught a couple of times. Mason didn't really do much.

I noticed Townsend got his trademark marquee goal. That means he's buggered now for any more goals for another 6 months ..

A bit disingenuous towards Mason there, Soulboy, as it was him that won possession and got the assist for Townsend's goal. Also, he did more in his brief time on the pitch than either Delph or Henderson did in theirs.

Apart from the assist and yes he did contribute more than Delph at least

Not sure what more Mason could have done in the 16 minute cameo he was given?

Now Andros, just start doing that for us!

Yes, that bit is quite amusing. Some one needs to remind Andros that it is peforming at a high level consistently that is the benchmark.

Andros scoring reminded me of the couple that just won Euromillions twice.
