We're second to everything at the moment.

Palace are playing very well, and we are very lucky not to be behind. Hopefully they wont be able to keep this up.

that is quite possibly the worst penalty I have ever seen

we're playing Championship football, long balls to the front men and not a lot else.

I'm not sure anyone expected Palace to play like this. Very high tempo, with some good quality in the build up.

First real chance for us there, with Ade missing Lennons cross. I have to say, I'm surprised, and impressed by Palaces speed, and quality of play.

They really should be a couple up.

Don't know why not, Pulis has turned them into a clone of Stoke, very physical, high pressing etc. Should have expected it. Living on our luck presently.

Great effort from Bentaleb. Fantastic viewing this.

A bit harsh. They are pressing, but they're playing some very good football at times. I don't think they have the physical element Stoke had.

I just hope they cant keep this up.

Still far too static when we're in possession.

Perhaps we can start pressurising Palace now being the home team!

Awful first half, second best in everything. Too static, gave away possession cheaply, defence all over the place and to cap it all making Chamkh and Jerome look like decent forwards.

Second half needs quicker ball and more movement, give the player on the ball more options, get Eriksen and Dumbele further forward. All very basic stuff.

The problem is we daren't commit players forward because we're giving the ball away so cheaply in midfield and they break so quickly. Eriksen and Chiriches passing is very sloppy. It's the same old problem, we can't break down teams that get behind the ball. That's something that Sherwood hasn't been able to change.

And I wonder if Monaco or PSG still want Walker?

We can't hold onto the ball to save our lives. Palace must be quite happy the way this game is going.

Much better start to this half.

wrong decision again from Lennon there.

I just brought Eriksen into my fantasy team this morning too

edit: just realised my other purchase Adebayor got the assist too!

Defoe on to great reception. A goal would be great.

don't understand bringing Defoe on unless Soldado was injured.

We have to win by two to get our goal difference back into positive numbers.

Defoe complaining already.

Alot of possession without actually achieving much. AVB would be happy.
