Think Poch will go for Kane and Janssen on Sat. I really dont want to see two defensive midfielders at home to Palace.

Great timing with Bolaise going to the team we just played before we play his old team

Club have confirmed that Hugo is going to miss "around 4 weeks" with his hamstring injury. Let's hope Vorm can step up.

I've confidence in Vorm. Poch has handled his second keeper well. This is his opportunity.

Yeah I think Vorm will be fine. I just worry he might need a game or two to get properly match sharp, although I suppose at home to Palace is probably a good place to start

Vorm makes me nervous. Perhaps we can get Joe Hart on loan

I think there may be an international break in there, so at least there is that.

Yes, but Lloris will always make that one stretching save for us that looked like a certain goal.

The Evening Standard is reporting that the Nkoudou and N'Jie deals with Marseille are back on.

Also, there are still rumours persisting that we are in contact with Sporting Lisbon for midfielder Adrien Silva, who was in Portugal's Euro Championship winning team.

Yeah he does tend to pull one of those out almost every game . Respect to Vorm though I guess, he signed for us knowing that one of the world's best keepers was already here.

I saw that as well. I guess with only two weeks to go before the window closes, they're probably realising it's better to at least try to make something happen.

The stumbling block is apparently over how much we will pay up front for N'Koudou, which doesn't seem insurmountable. I read another confirmation that N'Koudou is still in London. He basically never went back home after his medical (I don't now why I find this amusing)!

Gutted about Hugo. Agree about Vorm, he is number 2 for a reason.

Being reported that we are in discussions with Espanyol on getting U21 Spain International goalkeeper Paul Lopez in on a loan deal with a view to a permanent move. With Hugo out for 4 weeks, Poch feels we are a little exposed in the GK department.

This was talked about a few weeks before Hugo's injury so i would say its more likely to happen now.

If Benteke signs in time he is nailed on for a debut goal (he then wont score for the next 6 games of course).

Hopefully with personal terms still to be discusesd and a medical required, he won't make it in time to go onto Palace's team sheet.

You get both

Kane and Janssen start but so do Dier and Wanyama.

It's looking like a possible 4-4-2 but I guess there's every chance Kane will be in the number 10 role with Alli being on the bench.

Yep, didn't think Poch would drop Alli, but its the right call. We should win this handsomely.
