Oddly my husband and I both said at the same time that the lady taking the minuets would say she wanted a Mivvi...anyone else know?
I also thought a Mivvy. Must be a generational thing

Ugh, now the whole episode is about Mary.

Also, what is the mystery meant to be now?

Really struggling to understand the dialogue, they talk too fast.
Loved the little balloon scene.

I'm going to have watch this again to really understand what's going on.
I've just turned the subtitles on.
That's the problem, though. We shouldn't have to watch several times to understand what's going on or what's being said. Gatiss and Moffat really are self-indulgent t**ts, who do stuff for their own enjoyment.... (IMO)

The joke of that scene was that he was speaking quickly. The rest is fine.

I wish.

My heart has just sunk to my boots. I've had enough of her. I could really do with some interesting cases.

Feel like this ep just reached the point of no return. I don't know what I'm supposed to care about.

Funny thing is, the premise of this episode was the busts. I remember a really good Jeremy Brett episode based on it, but it was the whole story. They just used it as a spring board for more Mary here. I'm enjoying it so far and am following it fine, but i'm not thrilled it's become about her again, she just needs to go away.

Edit: How can they not know people don't like her, or are we in the minority? They could have brought Irene Adler back for this, at least she was vaguely believable.

Moffat incapable of not focusing on the "companion". Where have we seen that before?!?!

He needs to hand both these shows off to someone else, PDQ. However smug Sherlock is, he's got nothing on The Moff!!

Agreed, that's the thing that's rubbed me the wrong way with the past 3 or 4 eps, basically most of the episodes after the end of series 2 went wacky and weird.

Still can't take Mary seriously though as to being a super mega spy-special forces-type person though xD

Half an hour left to salvage this from 'worst episode of the whole run' territory.
