Couple of reasons. A it is 24/7 with those people and you can escape or walk away and have time to clear your head so any emotions you have will go into overdrive.
Secondly is that he clearly lead her on while they were handcuffed and left her practically first chance he got. He has clearly played her like a mug.
The amount of time is not important. I bet she wishes she wouldn't react to give away any sort of hint that he had this effect on her. Bottom line is if you spend say 16 hours awake with the same people in a closed environment...I bet a few days is longer than you would think.

To be fair, i think emotions will run differently when you are locked in together in a small house 24/7, yes she has only been in there for 3 days but the vast majority of that time has been spent with only Lee and feelings can grow pretty quick under those kind of circumstances.
Also whether you believe she's upset or not, it doesn't excuse Lee's cringeworthy behaviour and for me i do believe she has some feelings for him, i'm no body language expert but her body language was pretty clear to me when Lee was telling her to back off basically when they were talking on the bed.

If Lee's trying to get sexual action from her that quickly he definitely doesn't want a relationship. I completely agree with you - she is making mountains out of mole hills tbh. He is a complete prat don't get me wrong but she is running her own angle imho going for a bit of sympathy.
I accept she has been lead on a bit by him - but its hardly serious stuff is it and she should have realised that.

She said "he done it with me the other night" though which leads me to believe something did happen BB have made the edits into a storyline feels like episode of eastenders.
If she did get up to anything more than a snog with Lee I feel even more sorry for her now. She has been dumped in favour of a woman who he has labelled more attractive and she is only 2nd best. I bet she feels completely humiliated.
