I don't think he was expecting the crowds reaction. Boyband members are pretty much always liked on reality shows and his band mates have done ok and been liked in the shows they have done, so he was probably assuming he'd be the same and that the public would like him. I'm guessing the crowds reaction was a bit of a shock to the system and he has now had a little time to process it and take it all in and is trying to do some damage control in the diary room but he hasn't had enough time to think it through properly so is making it worse by contradicting himself.
I remember Anthony Costa on 'I'm a Celeb', and part of me can't help thinking that Lee Possibly thought he was a bit better than Costa and would therefore be as safe as houses.

He's a selfish, self obsessed creep, who doesn't care about anyone but himself and his self gratification .

I bet he'll try and make a move again on Casey and give her a whole load of bullsh*t so he can have his selfish way .
That sounds about right.

Jasmine doesn't love Lee she's basically gonna play the same game with him.
He's started acting like he's in a relationship with Jasmine...talking about how he's worried he's messed up.
Don't debase the word love when talking about Lee and Jasmine . These two are just using each other to satisfy their lust .

Lee seems so desperate I bet he'd be all over Linda if no one else was available .

Penny has dropped for Lee, plain and simple. He's messed up and he knows it. But he may redeem himself and also Casey, IMO, needs to look at herself in this, shouldn't have got involved with him.

The only truth Lee has said throughout this mess is when he said she had embarrassed him and he was upset cause he didn't want the public to think him a player. Image is all he cares about, people's feelings don't even register on his radar.

(I'll be interested to see if her volte face is a tactical distancing after hearing the crowd or if she was genuinely surprised he'd been playing Casey...sister solidarity and all that.)
Jasmine is definitely playing a tactical game, she is only interested in getting as much exposure as possible and where this gets her professionally after the show, she said as much last night (then slimeball offered to marry her!).

"I just didn't want to upset HER". *sob*

*Cough* bullshit *cough*. He's gutted that he was chanted, and he's gutted that he's apparently blown it with Jasmine. (I'll be interested to see if her volte face is a tactical distancing after hearing the crowd or if she was genuinely surprised he'd been playing Casey...sister solidarity and all that.)

And the hypocrisy of him criticising Casey for merely liking him after 3 days while he drones on like an infatuated teenager about Jasmine.

He's as delusional as Wolfy, and that's saying something.
I agree entirely, especially with the BIB.

He has absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever. He is selfish, self obsessed, cowardly, delusional, immature, sleazy, inconsiderate, hypocritical, takes no responsibility, has bugger all insight and is a liar to boot.

I think he may well be the worst housemate ever.

Oh I knew this time would come, just didn't realise it would be so soon.

What an absolute knob cheeeeeeese this guy is, no self awareness whatseover.

Going to be interesting when he goes back into the House. I would think Jasmine would give him a wide berth now she knows he's not popular - Casey on the other hand, will probably still hang off his coat tails.

Now the showmance/love triangle is off the table, he will have to have 'deep' convos with the elders...badgers....elephants...that sort of thing.

I think he thought when Emma said it was a fake eviction that everything was fake and the crowd were only chanting because it was a fake eviction so he said he hated them in a jokey way because he thought they were playing along with big brothers secret. He didn't seem to realise that the chants were real. That's how I took the situation anyway, but may have read it completely wrong.
What were the chants tho... the outside ones not the inside ones

I'd say that's exactly what the situation was

Was he actually crying though? Or just making noises that he believes constitutes crying?

Oh it was crying.

The sort of crying with no tears whatsoever.

as my dear ole mother would say "he is in love with the thought of being in love".
He reminds me of Darren Day-they live off the excitement and titalation of a new relationship (you know the sort, butterflies, cant eat, giggly etc) then when that wears off...they go for pastures new to get that "feeling" again.
That, and hes a bell end.

I think it's got a posh name now like 'love addiction'. Anyhoo, way he's going through women, if it was a coke addiction, it'd be costing him a pretty penny.

Lee crying without tears, this is probably what he has done his whole life when in a tight spot, but some people will feel sorry for him god knows why.....
In a funny sort of way I do, in that I don't think he's got the first clue what a prat he is making of himself.

The thing is, what he has done isn't necessarily wrong...I agree it's not nice but he's not married and this kind of thing happens everywhere all the time. He could have a little consideration for the fact that a lot of people are watching but then again this show highlights people's basic animal instincts. At least it's a good insight for girls on the outside world of what he would be like.

I know many lads are on Lee's side saying stuff like it's only be 72hours how can Casey like him that much and that they weren't even a couple.

He seems to have gone into a defense mode against Jasmine since he heard things she said about him.

"3.10pm: Lee is convinced that Jasmine fancies Ollie. Interesting theory... "
