What I'm trying to say is that Lee needs to know what it's like to be in a relationship with a man, and objectified and dominated by him. See how he likes it!
Some women tend to objectify boyband members. It's s two way streak.

Miss Libertine, assuming you like the penis... have you ever had an experience with a woman, that threw into question your own self-image?
I'm going to good-naturedly assume you've had a bit too much to drink, as opposed to simply being rude and impertinent, and decline to answer such an inappropriate, personal question.

Change "relationship" to "another encounter or two just to make sure" and I might agree.

Ah, I've come across this attitude before in gay clubs

It's like a small minority of gay men can't accept that some men are straight and they don't need to be in a gay relationship, they're straight

You need to perhaps try and see something from someone else's side. I know this thread might mostly be in jest (at least, I hope it is), but since it's so similar to the type of thing I've come across, I thought it was worth mentioning.

If you can't see that, you are really no better than the straight men who think a gay man can be turned straight. You're pretty much exactly like them.

And while we're on the subject, not all men objectify women, just so you know. I find this attitude of yours pretty sexist and generalist. I don't objectify my girlfriend at all, and I don't dominate her either (unless she wants me to)
Oh believe me, I know Lee is STRAIGHT. But he needs to roleplay, for his sanity's sake. Something is just not penetrating where Lee Ryan is concerned.

Yes, this is more along the lines I suppose.

Everyone is very protected around here. I think I've thrown a lot of people in this thread! Don't worry, it's all

That's rather ironic, considering your username?

Because I like a band called The Libertines I should be loose-lipped with my sexual experiences? Interesting leap in logic...

No. A gay man should go with a straight man to sort out those issues.
I'm not trying to be rude here, but I've not seem one iota of what I would call even reasonably feasible logic in your OP or indeed your subsequent posts trying to justify it.

This reply to me alas just adds to this!

I kinda like oddball theories at times, but as far as oddball theories go, this is perhaps one of the most odd I've ever seen.

As I say, I mean you no ill will and shall look forward to your additional posts offering some further, er insight. Who knows, maybe you'll convince someone else on here it's not total balderdash. Either way it'll be a roller-coaster ride I'm sure, so consider this one poster at least subscribed to your thread!

Godspeed to you Baconboof. Godspeed.

Good point actually.

I think both men and women can objectify each other in different ways.

The BB house is often full of shallow people, whose image is everything to them, and in many cases their careers and income can depend on it.

While the BB house might get it's fair share of tosser blokes with big egos, who are used to getting any (dumb) woman they want, it is also quite often populated with page 3 girls, who will do anything to stay in the spotlight and are desperate to get with said, ego, tosser guys, to achieve that.

They both objectify each other, they're both shallow in their own way.

My apologises, I assumed you identified YOURSELF as a libertine so I was utterly puzzled as to why you would be such a prude! And also get a little defended about this thread

I hope people enjoy this thread. I absolutely adore debate! Lee is making an absolute mess in that house and he needs to get out of his own way. If a woman tried to help him in that department, it would only give him pleasure. The only way he can biologically reconfigure his natural response to women is by BECOMING a woman, without literally having to don drag and effete mannerisms. He must become the object of his OWN desire, of his own excitement. Only then will he love himself enough to stop breaking people's hearts.

Not at all. Refusing to discuss my sex life on a public forum doesn't necessarily make me a prude, just not a show off

If I understood why you think it would be such a good idea for a straight(ish) man to have a sexual relationship with someone of the gender he's not attracted to, I wouldn't question the point so much. As it is, I cannot for the life of me see the logic.

You see, people assume Lee Ryan is a narcissist. I beg to differ. How can you be a narcissist if you have never really met your own self?

A good post, and one that I both agree with and enjoyed reading.

A few years ago a gay man I knew started to tell me that I had to sleep with him just to see if I 'liked it' with men. His reasoning? As I'd never 'tried it' with men, then there was no way of telling whether I liked it or not.

He wasn't taking my polite but direct refusals so in the end I had to tell him that his reasoning was flawed- I also hadn't stuck my hand in a burning flame or eaten the dust out of my vacuum cleaner but was pretty sure that doing that wasn't my thing either. Just because you haven't tried it, doesn't mean you won't have a pretty good idea whether you'd like it.

Each to their own and all, and I certainly don't judge but he didn't seem to give me the same courtesy back. I took it as a compliment in the end

Ha ha, this is actually Gold! I am not laughing at you I promise, and I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my post. Please take no offence at my laughing but this is even better than the OP!!

I'm so hoping you're like one of those obscure pictures from a decade or so ago that looks like a mess of colour but if you stare long enough and slightly shift your focus, all of a sudden an image becomes magically clear and you were wondering why you didn't see it all along.

I may need to ask you post on more threads.

As you say, debate is great! Continue please Mr Boof.

Why would he have a gay relationship if he isn't gay? I'm not sure I understand your logic

Wishful thinking on your part maybe?
Not directed at me I know but he pretty much admitted he goes both ways tonight. Jasmine also made a quip about them being 4 bisexuals. If experience is a marker then he's more bisexual than ollie who says he's never been with a man.

I think he can only truly evaluate how he gets into these bizarre situations with women if he can see himself from another man's eyes.
Tbh,I think Lee needs to refrain from relationships for a while if possible

I think maybe someone should try sitting him down and talking to him about it first, rather than forcing a heterosexual man to have a gay sexual relationship...
He's been with at least one other man by his own admission, he may be bi.

He was very funny in Made in Chelsea, and very witty and warm.

Unfortunately he hasn't been given much airtime due to Lee's bed hopping
