Another service is "Unlocator" and is currently free of charge, due to being in beta. It works the same way as the other free services.

I was tempted to because I prefer to have my list on the US one, which I use all the time.

^^ Ah I see, yes I agree it can be annoying, I can't see why the list can't show in every region, I understand somethings won't show for obvious reasons, but it would be nice.

Not sure if NF will be able to tell your not in the US though, even if paying with Paypal.

Ermmm...the list shows in every region. I have a UK account and use both US and UK version on Netflix. I basically have two different lists: on on the US version and one one the UK version

How very odd. I just double-checked and have the "my list" bit on both (obviously with different content)

Mine only shows my list on UK Netflix too. I don't have a list on any of the other regions

I use Unlocator for PS3 and Hola for Chrome and on Nexus 5. All work seemlessly.
For US version, I see what I have previously been watching (which is fine for me and my little 'un who watches a variety of cartoons!).
Unlocator has recently changed it's DNS settings for those that have been using for a while so the 'current' ones expire soon.

I use Hola and I also have lists on every different version of Netflix I access (mostly UK, USA and Sweden).

Hey with Unlocator coming out of beta and charging now is it still the best/cheapest option for getting US netflix on PS3 or is there another service people use? Many Thanks

I think you're getting confused with what you've previously watched, which is totally different to My List

Hi mate , posted this in another thread.

http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showp...8&postcount=19

Can also add Overplay to that list at $4.95 per month.

Nope, no confusion. My home region is obviously UK..."My List" (formerly "Queue") is present on the US version when I log on

Fantastic, definit Kudos to Unblock-Us as they've just added a new feature which removes the subtitles from other regions that force them on those must see movies.
Quote:
“The Netflix "captions blocker" completely disables all yellow Netflix subtitles/closed captions.

This works on all Netflix regions, with all subtitle languages and on all devices.

Particularly useful if you want to watch a movie from a different region, and don't want the annoying captions getting in your way!

Subtitles/captions which are in white will always remain visible, as they are encoded onto the movie or TV show itself. Typically these are the ones you'll see when a character isn't speaking english. You can turn it on and off right next door to the region switcher.

One thing to note - you must restart the streaming again after changing this setting!

Enjoy!”

If it is, you are not on US Netflix.

Yes I am. Absolutely no doubt there

Not sure how useful the new subtitles thing is, most programmes/films I watch have the white text, which this new service can't get rid of, it's just the one's where they use a black box and yellow/ another colour text they can get rid of.

And I think Apple TV already does this in some circumstances as I've watched films on NF where no subtitles have been shown, but others on here claim to see subtitles.

I have got a uk Netflix account and I also watch us Netflix
simple way to do this is download mozila firefox and search for hola unblocker ad on
and then just download and install it(its free)
you can then search for us Netflix and put your pass word and account details in as you would for uk Netflix and hey presto you can watch us Netflix and believe me its 100 times better than uk Netflix you can also download the us tv stations such as hulu and abc and plenty others no need to mess around with these so called unblocking sites

all with no charge

Thought I'd post here aswell!

Apparently the new Roku 5.4 firmware is causing bother with the unblockus / netflix region switcher! .... Click here & follow the instructions! .... It's easy 2 fix took me about 60 seconds via my netgear router!
