I don't think he made it clear enough to Casey that they were just having fun when he told her that he wanted to start something when they were chatting on the couch that time. For him to then go heavily flirting with another female housemate in front of her, this was just rubbing it in her face. I had an idea of what he'd be like before he even went into the house. If you're going to flirt with women, fine. Don't go letting them think that it's serious if it isn't though.
