Internet Connection Problem

Hi

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I'm with Orange.

Where I have worked for the past 18 months or so, I often experience bad signal problems in that it's hit and miss whether I can make or receive calls on any given day. However, other employees say the same, no matter who their phone contracts are with, so I have to accept this.

My problem is that I can usually access the internet on my phone (during my lunchtime obviously!), but for the last week I keep getting 'No Internet Connection' or similar messages coming up and it will just not connect.

I've contacted Orange twice about this and they've advised me of a couple of options to try and fix it, but neither have worked. As soon as I get home (10 miles away), my phone connects to the internet fine.

I just don't understand what's wrong and feel like I'm only getting half the service I'm paying for, but sadly I'm stuck in this contract until July. I'm so fed up!

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
