Yeah if you are determined to get that phone. But I would suggest looking at the Xperia SP you still get LTE support you get a 4.6 inch 720P display better camera than the S4 Mini. While you don't get Android 4.3 straight away that update has started rolling out so it a matter of weeks till you would get. Only thing the Xperia SP is lacking is that it has 1GB of ram instead of 1.5GB like the s4 mini . You can get it cheaper as well just a suggestion.
