Hi

Three mobile say I can upgrade my phone now if I want. I took the contract out on Feb 14th 2012. What I want to know is am I allowed to end the contract now or will I have to wait til Feb 14th?

I do not want an upgrade. I recently purchased a new phone and want to get their SIM only deal of £12.90 a month.

Just wondered, never had a contract before this one.

Thank You

Yes if it's a 12 month one.you must give 30 days notice to end or it will continue automatically.

but only with a 30 day rolling commitment, not another 12 months.

It's obviously not 12 months if the minimum term is still active since Feb 2012.

Mobile networks often offer early upgrades to keep you locked in before you can cancel.

You can upgrade now but have to wait till the proper end date (Feb 14th) to cancel, but you can give your notice now.

You should think about moving to a 12 month SIM only deal. I have been on a rolling 1 month contract with Three for the last year.

I will now perhaps move to Talk Talk for a 12 month SIM only contract - or succeed in persuading Three to give me a good deal as a long term client.

So I called Three and they didn't want to negotiate. They have sent me a PAC code by SMS.

I have 30 days to switch or stick and then another rolling 30 day notice period.
