2.46pm: "I'll be shocked if I go out tonight" says Jasmine.

Saying something like that is asking for trouble particularly if she's in the bottom two and Lee and Casey have the final say on who goes

Well, Lee's not going to chuck her out and Casey would definitely have to go along with him or risk his eternal wrath (or maybe a couple of hours wrath at least). In terms of the GBP, yes it could be asking for trouble.

But he may have changed his mind about Jasmine after watching her on the plasma and they did chose to have her gunged at least twice during yesterday's task

He might pick her to go, since he might think it would make him look better to do so, and since he may realise that she doesn't especially care for him and that he actually has a better chance with Casey, especially if Jasmine's no longer there.
