He has surprised me this week.

No more than usual but that's part of the reason he should stay as long as possible.

He just threw his toys out of the pram because Luisa dared to speak when he was speaking.... Yet we have seen him steamroller over other people talking several times (like in his debate with Liz).

And then he accused Linda of being a drunk, yet he was clearly pissed himself.

No he has been through to much he will speak his mind if he has to
