Yes, I agree, it seems that the people who like her are oblivious to her nasty side and her faults. After all they are not minor are they? Luisa comes over as very aggressive at times, especially to some of the other women and she is very sly and backstabbing.

What's funny is it was a vote to save.

Exactly she would have had about 85percent in a vote to evict

They very seldom are.

Jasmine was 2nd saved!!

I never take much notice of the polls anymore. The 'armchair', never go near polls voter are the ones whom I think actually pick up their phones and make the difference in the voting. Not all ( if many ) who vote on polls actually phone vote.

Sweeping generalization there. She's my favourite HM just now but I could take her or leave her as a person.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I don't think I've seen such a discrepancy between armchair votes as you call them and the results of online polls.

I've always believed this ( especially with the bookies ) since they had Alex hot fave to win and she was 3rd. They had Jedward hot fave to win and they were 3rd. The Polls across the board last year had Sam practically trailing in the bottom with the Twins until the final week or so.

Look at tonight with the Bookies and the Polls. ( especially the polls ) Acc to them Liz was a goner!

Luisa has massive sex appeal if your male 😋

Just watching tonight's show and can't believe the audience Luisa will provide more entertainment than most of the housemates in there but of course the best are always voted out first

What has she done ?
Apart from made all the girls in the audience boyfriends and husbands want her rather than them !

Not sure I see the connection but I agree it is an excellent default position to take on most matters.

I knew Jasmine would get more votes than her but I never imagined Liz would .

Yes but we're talking about being 2nd favourite to be saved, to quite possibly being the person with the least amount of votes in the space of a few hours.

That's a lot more dramatic than being fav to win and coming 3rd.

I agree with you that Liz looked to be a goner. Which makes it all the more surprising to me.

I was surprised too, I thought she would definitely have been in the top two, certainly above Liz and Jasmine anyway.

Jasmine is part of the love traingle storyline so I was expecting Jasmine to have more votes than Luisa .

If BB hadn't meddled and put him in the safe room, Lee would probably be evicted first .

The if BB hadn't meddled the second time, Liz would be evicted ( when Liz and Jim got the most noms)

C5 have destroyed BB .

If she had two faces, she wouldn't be wearing that one.

I honestly think people who would rather Evander been saved over Luisa just don't "get" the concept of big brother.

You either are in two camps you enjoy the drama filled confrontational housemates like Louisa or you are social experiment type bb1 to bb3 who think the likes of Ollie and Sam make good tv

Sadly Dappy's misogynistic views are shared by the large majority of Big Brother voters. Says a lot about the programme's votership.

I beg your pudding??? I'm a female reality TV fan and Luisa supporter. Yours, flappily, Singlefish!

BB had some pretty outrageous characters back then as well though haha , and the general audience audience still tended to favour the less entertaining house mates ( ex. how did PJ last so long in BB3 or even Johnny for that matter , yet Adele left middway ) theres always been people who don't understand that these are the housemates that drive the show , and have been since pretty much day dot. But I'm in complete agreement with your original point

I am surprised that people voted for Liz.

She's seemed pleasant enough in there, but she was booed to b*ggery on the way in, hasn't done much to gain a new following whilst in there and wouldn't have a natural following as a journalist - unlike the others.

Maybe I'm wrong about the last one? Does her 'confessional' journalism bring her fans (not just readers)? Or was this a tactical vote against Luisa and Evander?

I actually quite like Luisa and most of these women too. It's funny that when a woman loses on BB it's all down to jealous female voters getting rid but when they win or do well
Well what is the reason for that

She's confident, pretty smart, pretty well spoken, and successful. She's the much more successful Essex girl - being voted on by the Towie audience who follow unsuccessful Essex girls and don't watch BBC1. BB's voters may also now look much more like the eviction crowds - its the price of losing many sectors of the audience the show had at its height.

She's also passed judgement on people - which voters don't seem to like. Thats cut her off from some voters - including the section of the vote that finds anything to like at all in Dappy - which you would think be younger voters. She's not going to appeal to prudes of any age, and there's people who are resrving their votes for older celebs, and compettion for support from the quiet invisible males who say and do nothing, and the people involved in the showmances.
