The argument started during the ads unfortunately, but at no time did I get the impression that it was related to the slime task, more to do with Luisa saying something to Lionel that seems to have offended him she says it was a joke, he thought not.

No idea but we do now know that Lionel took offence at Luisa's OAP comment after Lee & Casey left.
