Well yes I do feel a little shocked that people would cheer someone who thinks gays can be "fixed" and brags about punching a pregnant horse , and I do feel a little horror that people would like someone with views towards women like Dappy has , I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by the BLATANT sexism and distaste for sexually confident women who refuse to be put in there "place"

If people liked evander that much why was he in the bottom 2?

I imagine it's because Evander had so little concept of what he was even doing ( did he know it was televised , I would actually doubt it tbh ) that giving him a live platform to say what he wanted would have been a recipe for DISASTER

I think the way Channel 5 have handled the whole thing has pretty pathetic to be honest.

But you have to understand the views of a minority section of the audience that turn up for eviction shows do not reflect the majority of the viewing audience or voting public if this was the case Evander would not have been in the bottom 2 and in the bottom of all the opinion polls bar one, his betting odds also took a tumble midweek also remember.

As I`ve mentioned before society has been ingrained with misogyny and homophobia for a very, very long time which originates from religion and yes patriarchy of the past and although we`ve moved on largely from religion as a society there are remnants that still stick and shape how we view genders and sexualities which is why things like homophobia and rape and domestic abuse of women still exist in the first place, Men weren`t originally sexist nor where they homophobic either and a lot of them do it out of habit because they`ve adopted those attitudes from the culture around them nothing else.

See that's much easier to understand , because he hasn't actually done anything to deserve boos , neither have Jasmine , Luisa or Liz really , and it is a little fishy that both men got cheers and all the women got boos. I'd hoped Lee getting booed and Casey getting cheered was a step in the right direction but clearly it was a flash in the pad( though maybe it would be better if just no-one was booed? Every woman who steps out of line get's booed now and since about BB3 , and most of them who don't as well ) A man has to be really exceptionally , irredeemably horrid to receive boos ( look how Conor got cheered on his exit despite everything )

don't think he was bragging as such he said he was embarrassed for doing it after falling off and getting at bit mad and whacked the horse after seeing red, animal abuse is when you see a load of jockeys whipping their horses like mad to win a race happens day in day out, he basically kicked the dog for farting and regretted it

Maybe in the whole scheme of world wide issues, Evander is NOT that important, maybe they don't see fit that he should be hung-drawn and quartered.

Even stranger that most of the people booing were women and a disproportionate amount of the men in the crowd appeared to be gay.

Maybe we should analyse actually doing the booing. The BB audience is traditionally quite female and gay orientated. At least more so than many other programmes.

People liked him in the crowd, In the studio, In the house and on this forum. There is always the "I am so offended crowd" who dislike anyone with opposing views to them. But to suggest the only people who can like Evander are gutter trash makes you seem a bit loopy to be honest.
