'I want the young ones here because it's like living in an old folk home' that's what upset Lionel.

Jim is an A-hole in this video. Everything he is saying to her is passive aggressive. He is egging Lionel on to be offended by what she said, and then when she tries to explain/defend herself he walks off accusing her of starting an argument.

I can't believe people seem to be taken in by this guy.

Don't understand the issue. They are OAPs. They ganged up on Louisa for the sake of it. Not surprising, to be fair - they're just showing their true colours. They seen that Luisa wasn't popular with the live audience and now they're trying to capitalise on that.

nonsense, they don't care about the live audience,- Jim actually told her he wasn't offended by her comments, as he doesn't care I doubt for her either, but that she came across as 'rude' but Lionel did take offence to her comments - that's it, and she run off and did crocodile tears because she was called up on it and showed her true colours, she didn't want to be stuck with OAPs implying they were boring to be around in the house - she's two faced and doesn't think before she speaks, and needs a wake up call. Linda isn't an OAP by the way. And if you watch the VT , it is Lionel who gives her a hug when she does the crying bit afterwards !

True, although he did it with a wink as a wind up, but she is so proud of the fact that she "says what she thinks" regardless of other peoples feelings Jim is clearly is fed up with it (even though he says it does not bother him) and all she has to do is cry (instead of owing up that their observation about her was true) and suddenly they are the nasty ones. She is very happy to make critical comments about other people, but if they make critical comments about her in return she does not like it. She is very self-centered.

I agree - very convenient to apportion blame on that being her version of humour - no-one found it 'funny' did they - didn't work on Jim and Lionel did it Luisa !! perhaps she's not used to people calling her up on her rude snidey insensitive comments

- couldn't stand her on the Apprentice either, she was really rude and arrogant to a male contestant who was really calm and lovely natured and Alan Sugar pulled her up on being rude to him and cutting then too ! - foot in mouth again Luisa - as Linda said, she needs to engage brain before she speaks

Of course if Jim had said that to her he would have (rightly) been accused of being a sexist pig.

She is happy to complain about male/female differential treatment except when it suits her.

The thing that is upsetting her is that they are branding her as 'always starting arguments'.
Even as far back as the nomination day Dappy said to the group that they should all vote for the person who starts the most arguments. So that is obviously what Dappy Jim and the gang are trying to portray her as. Just like whenever Jim has a barney with Linda he tries to say she's drunk, when clearly he is the drunk one.
Jim seems to create personas for people and then uses it as a crutch to beat them with.
Like yesterday when Dappy makes the mysogynystic comments about women, and Jasmine + Luisa take offence to it. And then Dappy follows Luisa around relentlessly trying to pick a fight with her....... Yet Jim says that SHE is the one starting another argument which upsets her.
And then Luisa has a misunderstanding with Lionel and she's trying to sort it out when Jim starts sticking his ore in making it worse, and then blames her AGAIN for starting an argument, saying it over and over again knowing full well that he made her cry earlier by saying that to her.

The guy is a nasty piece of work who gets off doing his passive agressive shtick with women. He wouldn't dare do it to a man because he's a coward.

I HATE Luisa, but I thought Jim was being annoying here, and Lionel was overreacting.

I hope Luisa goes next. Unfortunately situations like these let her play the victim card to get more votes.

that's not how I viewed it watching the VTs - and Luisa is so passive aggressive its unbelievable - trying to talk her way out of her venemous little comments she makes and then puts it down pathetically to oh...its my humour !!

She ranted on and on, not letting anyone say anything, she didn't stop, she likes the sound of her own voice and doesn't listen - she was continuously defensive - no wonder they said she was starting everything - she's a verbal bulldozer

And then he said, "I don't think she's having a laugh, she's just a rude ****ing cow."

I don't think Lionel was having a laugh either.

She was rude and horribly ageist, she got challenged about her remarks and couldn't handle it. She thinks so highly of herself, thinks she can "tell it like it is", doesn't give an eff what folk think of her....and yet the minute she is caught being her usual mean self, she lies her arse off, gets challenged again and then turns on the water works in self pity and in a bid to garner sympathy. I cannot stand her.

Me, neither. He comes over as trying to rein himself in and to be inwardly seething (which doesn't mean I support Luisa being rude).

Lionel is a two faced, back stabbing drama queen. Luisa was just probably joking but it was a bit tactless, the oldies should have developed thicker skins by now.

Luisa's problem is that she's not as clever as she thinks she is. I started off quite liking her on the Apprentice but she got too sure of herself. Full of her own importance she started to be quite nasty, especially to Jason who she clearly felt was not worth a moment of her time. She couldn't event speak to him in a civil manner.

I'm seeing the same in her again. Whilst I don't think she's always in the wrong in her arguments (Dappy was out of order), I do think she will go for someone she sees as weak. She wants the young ones and sees the "OAPs" as completely irrelevant. If Lionel and Jim hadn't pulled her up on it I think she would have gone on to dismiss them as she did with Jason. She did try to backtrack when she realised they weren't going to put up with it. I think she needed to be told.

It's not either or. You can have more than one passive aggressive in the house. Even if you think that of Luisa's that doesn't mean that Jim, Dappy etc aren't also baiting her deliberately in passive aggressive attempt to make her look bad. It just means her tactlessness/ rudeness explains why they are going for her.

Just because she is wrong that doesn't make Jim right. Just like the fact that Lee is a dick didn't make Casey a saint.

Well I'm an OAP and would have just laughed it off, certainly wouldn't have been offended.

I think that Luisa is the only manipulative passive-aggressive person in the house. Dappy is not bright enough to bait, he just sounds off every now and then, he's all knee-jerk, and Jim is just a no-nonsense person who cuts out all the crap and moves on, Linda just wants Jim to crack and have a row that shows him up, as she has an underlying grudge againt him, but she's not going to get anywhere, as Jim's on top of that.
