Yes she is outspoken, but the issue here is that the people in that house don't know how to handle a strong, confident woman. Dappy is a complete **** and many of the others such as Jim were s*** stirring, trying to stick their ore in.
There were things she said and ways she acted which weren't great, but then she was only like that in response to Nappy's childish goading. He definitely came off worse, he was just plain horrible.
