Equality my friends.

If he was in the hood doing the same thing to a man it would be fair game.

He is aggressive to women. Maybe to men as well; we will see... but so far only women.

I doubt he's ever been aggressive towards a man in his life

The courts would disagree.

He persued her through the house. Vile man.

Following a woman around to continue an argument and shouting at her, he has shown he could be aggressive to woman, as you say he may be aggressive to men aswell but like you I doubt it.

Why would you ask such a question . It's because your own morality says he's in the wrong .

What? 'Equality' gives you the right to be an aggressive, obnoxious arse to everyone equally? I don't think you've quite grasped the concept, dear.

It just a statement to say don't bring sex into the argument , he was aggressive to Luisa.

He's aggressive in general. Probably because of the way he was brought up.

Is aggressive the only word appropriate for this situation? How about argumentative?

See I didn't think he was aggressive either. Argumentative definitely. But he didn't go to throw anything at her, hit her, scream at her. Aggressive is such an easy word to throw around.

No matter what can be said about dappy...I find it strange that luisa almost threw a glass at him during the argument and no-one seems to think that was aggressive. People have been threatened with the boot for much less.

Who wouldn't want to throw a glass at him?

BB probably had sympathy for her.

D'oh.

See what you're trying to do there op but bad luck.

If he'd been aggressive to a man people would have called it.

Equality indeed.

Even more so, imagine he'd have been that way to, erm, Lionel...

Don't be heightist. His pathetic mentality has nothing to do with how tall he is.

No, but it does mean that if Luisa comes at him with a beaker full of water and threatens to throw it over him then she gets accused of being aggressive as well. Now, that's equality.

I think their post was quite clear.

Some people hold a double standard that a man aggressively arguing with a woman is worse than a woman being aggressive to a man, a man being aggressive to another man, etc, so the OP was hoping that, if people were to take issue with "aggression", it wouldn't be based on the fact that Luisa is a female. Aggression should be seen as bad either way.

A valid point imo, I've seen plenty of posts demonstrating this double standard in the past. Not just on here of course, but elsewhere too. Actually, as we're on the subject of BB, I remember during Spitgate Stuart shouting at Mo "You don't square up to a girl!", ignoring the fact she was actually the one getting in his face. I actually think that's offensive to both men and women.

Men and women are equal - until you argue with a woman, and then women decide to be "women" and want the equality of a fair argument to stop
