With what we now know about Hurt and 10.5 counting, making 11 his last original regeneration, and knowing that the Valeyard is from between his 12 and final regeneration, the way I work it out is that the Valeyard is either Donna(Possibly meaning that if she remembers the Doctor and her mind burns, the Valeyard is already inside her waiting to take over, thats the real reason the Doctor blocked her memories, because you know, rule 1!) or atm on Gallifrey, having been created when The Doctor turned dark, pointed a gun at his fellow timelords and sent them back into the timelock, which I feel would be fitting, given how he is the Doctor's darker sides.
