Beth wasn't in the skate off though was she. It was Sam a previous winner who was. Personally I would say he was more at risk of being the first winner to go.

I reckon that Todd, Zaraah, Gareth and Bonnie will be the next 4 to go leaving the 6 winners.

Sam is a brilliant skater, but I really do find him very boring. I thought Gary was not brilliant but IMO there was something very magical about his performance.

Totally agree. I was surprised about the connection between each couple. If I hadn't known it was Sam and Vicki that are a real couple, I would have guessed it was Gary and his partner.

I did feel sorry for Sam when he was in the skate off though. He looked absolutely gutted. I don't like two going in the first two weeks. What's the point? I know it's the last series so nothing to learn from this but how much will they have paid the four couples to train just for one performance?

Sam is the most likely. I'd like to say Hayley is the next most likely, but she seems to be more popular than I thought.

Well looks like Sam is the least popular which doesn't surprise me. His schedule may well count against him too.

On ability though it should be Hayley & Dan but she may well be more popular.

Personally I'd love both Zaraah & Bonnie to outlast Sam & Hayley, I suspect that's unlikely though.

Out of the winners left Hayley is the weakest IMO, but as she's with Dan that'll keep her in for a bit longer.

I reckon Beth will go out first too.

I don't think the judges would send Sam home against anyone other than Ray IMO.

Me too. I can see vast improvement in both and both have a nice personality IMO.

I expect Sam to be first out - in fact I wouldn't be at all shocked if he left next week, which would be a shame IMO as I feel that a lot of the stick he gets is totally undeserved. However, all the evidence suggests that he's not very popular so it doesn't look good! His best hope is the judges, but if he finds himself say 3rd or lower on their scoreboard I reckon he'll be in trouble.

Sam for me and I agree he could go as early as next week.

Ray and Suzanne will have the judges and public on side for a long time.

Sam doesn't have any public support, but I think the judges are going to make sure he's safe by keeping him at the top end of the leaderboard.

Hayley will be saved by the judges if she ends up in the skate off. She's doing Jai Ho so unless she's up against Ray or Suzanne, I can't see them saving anyone else over that performance. Personally, I don't particularly rate it. It's good, but that's about it.

Beth's support was huge last year, but she's competing against four other good female skaters for support. Personally, I think she's a better skater than Bonnie, Hayley and Zaraah, but she does lack in performance, whereas none of the other girls do - so she may struggle for the votes.

Not sure where Kyran fits into all this. They may sacrifice Sam for him, or they may sacrifice him for Sam. Jason said only Sam can rival Ray, so I think Kyran could be the first to go.

The skate offs are going to be quite unpredictable I think. It can come down to the routine or who holds their nerve. Robin's casting vote may well come into play.

I guess we'll find out for sure this weekend but I'm assuming (and hoping) that they can't repeat routines in the skate off. That won't help Sam who's already used his best routine. Jai Ho will probably get Hayley through 1 skate off but I doubt any of her other routines will. That might suggest that her best chance of making it to the final would be to avoid the skate off until the final - she's popular but is she that popular against this level of competition?

I think the voting could be unpredictable & fluctuate too. And I have said since the cast was announced that Gareth would be the one to outlast 1 or 2 of the better skaters and not the jokers & I'm standing by that. Todd will go this week. Sam will get a bounce back vote this week but will continue to struggle for votes as will Bonnie.

I think it might be Kyran. Sam will get the rebound votes.
