The Kobo touch is £29 at WH Smith at the moment, I got one on Saturday, it was a spur of a moment purchase, i was with a mate and he got one for his Mum and it got me thinking that my old Kobo is getting a bit iffy and some books it will not display for some reason.
It is a good buy since it was £100 not that long ago, saying that my Kobo wi-fi was £100 when I got it.
Display is certainly better than my old one, more fonts and it seems to display the books I can't read on the other Kobo.
Have the Epub change some specs in the files?
I can now also read mobi without converting as long as it don't have DRM.
It is a bit strange touching the screen to change the page, but i think it is better than using the pad on my old kobo.
