Everyone always talks about how filling and satisfying porridge is for breakfast, it'll keep you going all morning my mum used to say, I've been eating it this past couple of weeks as part of my healthy eating push and far from keeping me going all morning I'm hungry before I even get to work.
I tried Scotts oats didn't like them to be honest so moved onto Ready Brek and yes it's nice but take this morning for example, had my Ready Brek at 6.30, go to work 7.45 and my stomach was rumbling I was hungry. Now I know you can add fruit etc to it and I tried that but found it horrible. I've found my 2 slices of toast more filling than porridge.
Anyone else similar?
